Surfski racing - meeting nice people - After Ski party

Viken-Helsingborg18 km

The 18 km race starts at the pittoresque village Viken in the marina, then we round the lighthouse "Svinabådan" and after that we go out to the E3 mark, after that we aim for next mark E4. The finnish line is on the beach "Fria Bad" in Helsingborg, wich is practically in the city. The area have a nice promenade and there will be, if the weather is nice a lot of people welcomming you when you after 18 km paddling take the finnish line.

The Aterra Wave Challenge welcome competitors and paddlers from all countries. The race is open for surfski and searacer kayaks.

For non experienced riders 12 km: We have now two tracks, you start in Viken but go direct to the south against the E4 mark, then you will have a shorter and more easy race. The track will be about 12 km. And you can paddle close to the beach. Open for all kinds of kayaks.
Just for fun, no competition!
